1. Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural (targeted) advertising. There is nothing you need to do – but you are welcome to send an opt-out request below, and we will honour it if our practices ever change.
2. Cookie settings
Optional cookies are off unless you accept them. You can change your choice here or with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
This website currently uses no analytics, advertising or other optional cookies, so there is nothing to switch off here.
3. Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we automatically treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and keep optional cookies off for that browser.
4. Make a privacy request
To ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to opt out, to withdraw your consent, or to appeal a decision, use our contact form and choose “Privacy request”, or email support@varityventures.ca. Please tell us which of our businesses you dealt with, if any.
- We confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 30 days (Canada) or 45 days (U.S. states), as the law requires.
- To protect you, we verify your identity by matching details you give us with the information we hold. We never ask for more than we need.
- An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission; we may ask you to confirm your identity directly.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
5. Marketing emails
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email from us or our businesses with the link at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
